How can I get back to healthy eating?

I’m a recovering bulimic. Lately I’ve eaten nothing but junk food. Seriously, all I eat is candy and junk. Then I drink a ton of diet soda and throw it up so I’m not gaining weight.

I used to be so healthy! How can I get back to healthy eating and eliminate the junk? I don’t know what to do, I just crave sweets so badly.

What is a good and healthy eating routine?

I hardly eat anything at all everyday, and when i do, it’s junk food. I’m trying to get more fit and I don’t like many foods, but I’d like some suggestions as to what specifically i should eating for breakfast lunch and dinner everyday? and maybe some healthy snacks?

Can anyone come up with a Healthy Eating Plan?

I’m 17, 5"7 and I weigh 335lbs(Not afraid to admit) I wanna lose 50lbs or more before the year is over with. I’m starting June 1st. So far it’s been about a week now, I’ve cut out all Junk Food. I’ve just been eating Baked Chicken Breast and Veggies and Walking 3-4Miles of Indoor Walking everyday. Can anyone come up with a Healthy Eating Plan? I’m in school so I get up everyday at 5:30am, exercise, fruit and I’m out the house before 7:30. Please Help Me thanks.

Does healthy eating programs in schools trigger eating disorders?

I’ve heard from a former anorexic that she says the healthy eating programs and the banning of chocolates and junk food is wrong as she says "we were taught there are no bad foods". But surely healthy eating helps cut down on obesity but does it also cause eating disorders? What do you think should be done?
