How do I quit telling myself "I'll start eating more healthy… tomorrow"?

I eat mostly healthy foods- most items are low fat, I lots of fruits and veggies, lean proteins… my problem is with portion control, and of course the occasional indulgence. I eat two to three times the amount I should, and it’s really starting to show. How do I take the leap to truly healthy eating once and for all?

Can you please help me create a healthy eating plan for breakfast and lunch?

I’m a female teen and my parents serve healthy foods for dinner and I eat a small portion. Lunch and breakfast, on the other hand, is up to me. Do you have any suggestions for what I should be eating for breakfast and lunch and in between? Basically from 7am to 6pm (we have dinner later on). Thx! :)

What are some healthy eating habits and snacks?

I’m 6′0", weighing in at around 190 lbs. I’d like to shed off a couple of more pounds to look thinner, and I’m concerned that if I don’t, then my health will be affected. I’m not fat, but I’m just a little chubby and I’d like to lose that weight. I’ve decided to go on a healthy diet (I’ve stopped drinking sodas), but I don’t know any good healthy foods or eating habits. What are some good healthy snacks that I could munch on that wouldn’t affect my weight, and what are some good ways that I could shed off these extra pounds?

healthy eating?

I need help in eating healthy. I grew up in a family that cooked greasy fatty foods so i wouldnt even know where to begin to eating healthy. I go to the gym but I just cant eat healthy foods without it being nasty or starving myself. Any ideas on breakfast, lunch and dinner healthy meals that are actually good?
