Eat more fruit and veggies. Also eat whole grain instead of white bread. Do not eat any more fried greasy crap. Eat more grilled white meats. Like grilled chicken or grilled fish. They have alot of protein and you don’t eat the grease that you would get if they were fried. Cut out the sweets and the deserts. Whatever you buy by the low-fat or the organic kind. Once you get in the habbit of it, it becomes a lifestyle change. I am happy to hear abou a young person like me trying to be heathy. I am soooo proud of you! Don’t give up! Keep with it!

I suggest you google some websites about health, or even better take time to go to a doctor with your parents and discuss your options.

Eat 5 or 6 meals a day…the idea is to make smaller portions but frequent to keep the body metabolism going.
Drink plenty of water. If you feel like snacking on something in between meals, grab a glass of water and drink it.
Avoid junk foods (which you are probably doing already) like chips, candy, chocolate bars, soda pops etc.
Eat a lot of veggies and fruits.Gives you enough fibres and vitamins.
Try to keep all your meal around 400 Kcal.
Get enough essential fats like omega 3 from fishes like wild salmon, trout, tuna(watch out for tuna) etc.Other sources of good fats being nuts(watch out not to make the portion too big),olive oil.
Get all the complex carbs from whole grain stuffs like whole meal bread, whole meal pasta.
Make sure you have good protein included in each meal.Sources could be egg whites, fishes, turkey or chicken breast, roast beef, beans and lentils etc.
If you are going "diet" on sodas and everything, then stop! coz they are worse than their regular counterparts. You can eat the low fat versions of dairy like skimmed or no fat milk, yoghurt, cheese because low fat dairies dont mean increased sugar which is the case in rest of the food stuffs.
Eat more protein in your breakfast.Keeps you fuller longer. Make something up with egg whites eg.egg salad sandwich with low fat dressing and a glass of milk(gives ur calcium for the day).
Avoid the ready made meals or microwavable s. Highly processed stuffs.Make your own dinner.Throw lots of beggies and lean meat on it!

i can keep going until u decide to stay unhealthy!!!:)
